RESIDENCES IN THE PARK

In a former industrial area, we envision an innovative residential development composed of apartments with large terraces overlooking a common green area. The search for an innovative formal language translates into large windows, terraces extending toward the gardens, and the use of textural materials such as raw plaster, natural wood, and natural stone.

The design started from volumetric and morphological studies to identify the most convincing solution regarding orientation, views of green areas and background hills. We chose a contemporary language of forms and volumes, creating a light articulation that could ensure a play of light and shadow and provide the outdoor living spaces with protection and shading.
