In the heart of the pine forest on Albarella Island, a new residential development is being built, consisting of twenty-three independent villas immersed in maritime pine vegetation and nestled on the variable profile of the terrain's dunes.
We chose a contemporary language of forms and volumes, creating a light articulation that could ensure a play of light and shadow and provide the outdoor living spaces with protection and shading. Great attention is dedicated to the choice of materials and chromatic tones of the architectural elements in order to harmonize the integration of the architecture into the context.
