Architect Giancarlo de Carlo built on the Riccione coastline between 1961 and 1963 a summer camp to host the children of Sip employees and other companies affiliated with the Turin industrial group.
The project involves transformation into a 5-star seaside hotel, where the design respect for volumes, fenestration patterns, and precious blue ceramic cladding characterizes a design approach that allows the recovery of a unique building in a world-renowned beach resort.
